The country at the horizon is Denmark with the Helsingborg-Helsingör ferry to the left. Quite a haze that day, unfortunately.
This is also Denmark in the horizon, but taken from a viewpoint south of Helsingborg.
The island in the horizon - use binoculars :) - is the Swedish island Ven.
